Terms of Delivery for Consumer Customer
Valid from 01.12.2021 until further notice.
These terms and conditions are valid between Babyidea Ltd and customer who orders from MaMidea online shop and delivery address is outside Finland. All prices includes 24% VAT. Please read our current terms of delivery before ordering. By placing an order you will accept the terms.
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and pricing. Babyidea Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors in material or product information.

You will receive an order confirmation via email stating ordered items, shipping fee and the order total. If you have not received an order confirmation, check your spam folder and/or contact our customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +358 50 468 2898 (on Mon-Fri 9 am to 3 pm CET+1).
Gift cards and coupons can be activated in the shopping cart during checkout. You can only use one gift card or coupon per order. You can not use gift cards or coupon codes for returns or exchanges. Coupon codes are not valid during campaigns such as winter sales etc.
By placing an order you will accept our terms ja and that the information you have given will be registered.
Babyidea Ltd's registry is confidential and we comply with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use the information collected by the MaMidea online shop to improve customer service, improve customer experience and e-commerce functionality and develop product recommendations and marketing.
All prices incl. 24% VAT. For customers whose delivery address is outside EU will see prices 0% VAT payment process and in the order confirmation. Prices do not include delivery fees.
Newly discounted or sale offers do not apply to processed orders. Discounts are for consumer orders only.
Paytrail provides payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and well-known credit institutions and Paypal.
Products and delivery fees will be charged during the payment process. Payments are processed in a secure SSL environment. Remember always return to our online shop after processing payment to complete the transaction. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to us.

Handling time for orders placed on mamidea.com is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your parcel. Kindly note, that orders mailed as letters provide no tracking option.
The estimated delivery time to Finland is 3-5 business days and 4-14 business days for the rest of the world (if products are in stock). Holidays, strikes and seasonal rush times etc. may affect delivery times.
Our online shop calculates the shipping fees automatically during the ordering process. You can check the shipping costs for your delivery address on the shopping cart page by filling in your delivery information and selecting your preferred delivery option. We ship worldwide, though restrictions apply to some products.
International orders generally have higher shipping costs. Customers outside the EU will need to clear the goods through customs, pay processing fees and taxes. These expenses are not included in our shipping fees.
Our customer service will contact you if a product on your order is temporarily or permanently out of stock. In case your order includes products with different delivery times, we will hold your order and ship it once all items are available.

If you do not accept delivery of your order or the order can not be delivered due to an expired, false or incomplete address, we will charge you the original shipping fee and a returning fee of 10.00€. If you wish for us to send the shipment again, we will charge new shipping fees.

If you do not accept delivery of your order or the order can not be delivered due to an expired, false or incomplete address, we will charge you the original shipping fee and a returning fee of 20.00€. If you wish for us to send the shipment again, we will charge new shipping fees.
Always check the condition of the package in the attendance of the staff of carrier/delivery service. If the package is damaged in transport and the ordered product/goods are damaged, complete a damage report.

You can order products to be delivered in Finland. Please check our terms of delivery to Finland (in Finnish).
You may exchange or return products or orders within 14 days after receiving them.
Exchange or return right does not apply to hygiene products such as panties. In order to get full refund products must be unused, unwashed, in new salable condition and in original package. Babyidea Ltd is not responsible if the returning package gets lost and if the customer does not have any document that he/she has sent the package. Exchanges and returns will be handled within two weeks after we have received them. The purchase amount will be returned to you according to the original payment method.
If you have ordered wrong size or colour and wish to exchange product please place a new order for the item that you wish to have. You can return the wrong product to us. Please fill the form which came with the order and add it inside of the package. Send the shipment to Babyidea Oy, Mittatie 6, 01260 Vantaa, Finland. We would need you to pay for the shipping fee. Customer is responsible for any duties or processing fees of a third part.
Please kindly note that we can not add items or change them from on your order after you have confirmed the order.

If you have received wrong item(s) please accept our sincerest apologies! Please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to report the error.
If you have purchased the item from your local retailer please contact them. We accept reclamation for the products that have been purchased form our online shop. In this case please contact email@example.com. Let us know your name, order number if possible or when you have purchased it, what kind of fault is it and if possible add photo of the fault. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or deterioration due to neglect.
Ki ET LA ”unbreakable”, is that a challenge?
Ki ET LA’s DIABOLA, LITTLE KIDS, LION and OURS’ON sunglasses are marketed as “unbreakable”. According to the manufacturer the warranty is only valid if the glasses have been used properly and have broken despite that. The DIABOLA, LITTLE KIDS, LION and OURS’ON sunglasses are designed to withstand anything little child hands may do to them, but the warranty does not apply if the glasses are broken on purpose. For instance, if daddy decides to use his strength and fold, pull and twist the glasses until he gets some kind of flaw to appear or if the glasses are cut with scissors etc. the guarantee is void i.e. it does not apply.
The lenses are designed to be removable so that the original lenses can be replaced with special optical lenses fit for the child’s needs. Ki ET LA has tightened the frame around the lenses to avoid them popping out by accident, but should this happen the lenses are easy to pop back in.
